Who do you perform cutting for?
We provide cutting services for both individuals and primarily for legal entities - entrepreneurs. So if you need something cut, try reaching out to us and we’ll see how we can assist. We do respond to emails.
Where can we be found?
Our facility is located in the town of Levice, but it is not open to the public. This means that you cannot just come by without prior arrangement.
Is it possible to cut... ?
The answer is usually yes. We don’t just cut simple shapes, but various shapes involving different curves, zigzags, and cutouts within other cutouts. However, we do not cut in 3D. Write to us what you specifically need, and we will assess the possibility of cutting. Remember, we need to know not only the width and length but also the thickness and type of material for assessment.
Do you offer on-the-spot cutting?
Yes, but it depends on our capacity - we can clarify this based on the size of your request.
Do you also perform other surface treatments?
Yes, it is possible to burn small texts or even images or logos with a laser. However, other treatments such as bending, joining, gluing, welding, or other activities are not performed.
Do you supply the material?
No, we do not supply the material. We do not keep material in stock, we only offer a material cutting service. It is possible that we might be able to procure material for you, but only based on your approval of the specific material and only after pre-payment of a deposit, with you paying for the entire material, which remains yours, including any remnants. Be prepared for a time delay (searching, approval, delivery).
Can we pay in cash at your location?
Not currently. We only accept payments via prepayment invoices and upon their payment, we issue a proper invoice - tax document. However, we are considering introducing cash payments and will likely implement them by the end of 2024.
Can I send you what I want to cut?
Yes, but there are certain conditions. If we do not agree that you will bring and take away the material yourself, it is necessary to pay a deposit invoice after agreement. After receiving your material, we will cut it according to specifications, send it back to your address, and bill you for the cutting and delivery costs on a real invoice, and promptly return any difference. Please bear in mind that shipping is charged by both weight and volume. Therefore, if you order something heavy (e.g., thicker steel), it may be more cost-effective for you to bring the material in person and/or pick it up yourself.
Can I return within 14 days?
No, we are not an online shop. We perform custom cutting according to the customer's specifications. Therefore, it is not possible to return anything for any reason. You can only complain about the cutting itself, if we did not cut what you ordered. Please bear in mind the tolerances.
Is such cutting even eco-friendly?
Yes. In fact, waterjet cutting is the most environmentally friendly method of cutting material. It does not produce any fumes like lasers or plasmas do. It does not create thermal deformations of the material. The waste is only sand (abrasive), which is 100% recyclable - usable in construction.
